Job Title: Residential Property Consultant (1099 Subcontractor)

We specialize in providing consulting and quality control services for portfolios of single-family homes. Our core services include creating detailed Scopes of Work for property resale and rental, Third-Party General Contractor Quality Control, and Property QC Checks. We are committed to maximizing property value and rental returns through strategic renovations consulting. We are expanding our operations and are looking for seasoned professionals to join our team in Houston and other major U.S. cities including but not limited to New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Phoenix, Philadelphia, San Antonio, San Diego, Miami and Dallas.

Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated, seasoned Property Consultants with extensive experience in renovating single-family homes to join our team. This is a subcontractor position requiring on-site visits to properties for assessments, quality control checks, and scope of work development. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site property assessments for single-family homes

• Develop detailed, itemized Scopes of Work based on property assessments

• Perform Property QC Checks, evaluating cleanliness, functionality, safety, and curb appeal

• Liaise with clients for review and approval of Scopes of Work

• Provide quality control oversight for third-party general contractors

• Prepare and submit reports and recommendations

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a general contractor is a strong plus

• Proven minimum 10 years of experience in single-family home renovations

• Experience with RenoWalk is a MUST (Will be tested)

• Must own an iPad, as our workflow and scoping/estimating software are optimized for this device. This will enable seamless communication and efficient use of our technology platforms.

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• High level of technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Applicant must be a self-starter who operates independently

• Must be goal-oriented and able to prioritize deadlines

• Excellent customer relationship skills

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job, including the ability to work both indoors and outdoors, and the ability to spend considerable time standing, sitting, walking, kneeling, and squatting, and ability to traverse all types of terrain

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to project sites as needed
